Forrest Gump

If you haven't seen or at least heard of the movie "Forrest Gump", you must be living under a rock. It is one of the most famous movies ever made. It stars Tom Hanks as the main character, and was directed by Robert Zemeckis. Tom Hanks plays the role of Forrest Gump. The story starts by showing him sitting on a street bench offering to somebody to the person next to him. He starts his life story as a child, living in Alabama, with a very low IQ. He lives with his mother who is a very supportive figure in his life. He only has one friend all through elementary to high school, Jenny. They love each other, but it seems fate has them always set on different paths. Forrest gets to go to college with a football scholarship. After he graduates he joins the military and fights in the Vietnam War. He was given a medal for his services, and got to meet the president. He goes on, randomly meeting Jenny at different times in his life. He goes on and does much more.
